A successful event starts with detailed planning. Here are a few helpful things to consider as you prepare to work with Chef Ted on creating a memorable and enjoyable event.

Number of guests


Style of Event

Will the event be a sit down dinner, buffet or appetizer style, or a combination of several styles? For example, passed or stationary appetizers, self or full service bar, plated salad with buffet entrée, etc.

Timeline

The timeline affects the flow of the party. Please consider guest arrival time, length of time you would like appetizers passed, how long you would like the buffet to be available, etc.

Special needs

Food allergies, vegan/vegetarian, kosher.

Indoor, outdoor or both

Budget

Chef Ted listens to your needs and works diligently to meet your budget. Flexibility in party style and food choices will help lower costs.

Rental Needs

Chef Ted provides appetizer and buffet serving pieces. Using your own dishes for larger events will require extra staff for washing, drying and storing. Chef Ted recommends AARCEE.com & Apresparty.com for your rental needs.

Service Staff

Bartenders, servers and coat check.
