Priced on a per person basis, this fee reflects the personal service provided by Chef Ted and Jill. The cost varies with the style of party you select because of the intense time and attention required for quality and personal service. For example, the chef fee will be higher for a sit down dinner than an appetizer party.
Grocery bills are reimbursed at cost and any wholesale pricing is passed on to you. Grocery cost is separate because of the fluctuations in food costs and menu customization.
Servers and bartenders are $30 per hour per person with a four hour minimum. Server costs, including gratuity, can be included your event bill or paid individually.
